Certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation Guide

 

Cortney Devlin, founder of Chakrasense, brings her experience and intuitive insights to help participants in our programs. She guides patients through a relaxing meditation to reduce stress and gain deeper awareness into their physical body, giving tools and techniques to rejuvenate and strengthen the body/mind connection.

 

Cortney Devlin has always been drawn to yoga, but for many years only practiced to calm her mind following a busy work day.  After 10 years in Sales & Marketing for the Spa Industry, and living in New York, Nevada and California, helping business owners create and manage successful Spas, Cortney changed gears.  Numerous life-changing experiences and her own recovery ignited a search for soul fulfillment, and yoga became an essential piece to promote inner peace.  A Graduate of the Soul of Yoga Sundara Teacher Training Course, she found a passion in guiding others through yoga and meditation.

 

Cortney leads each individual to find their own inner peace and voice through yoga and beyond.  Her practice style is in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow with an influence of Anusara.  Cortney founded her business, Chakra Sense, a journaling, meditation, and yoga practice and spirit voyage.  Chakra Sense uses our inner wisdom or Chakra Intuition to create our own Sense…Spiritual Environment Nurturing Success in Everyone. 

 

Cortney applies her meditation and yoga techniques to the outpatient participants of the Lasting Recovery's alcohol and drug recovery program, and to Casa Pacifica Women's Sober Transitional Living home in Solana Beach.  The attendees report feeling much more tranquil, rejuvenated, and peaceful after a meditative session with Cortney Devlon.
