Program For Teens

(Age 13 - 17 Years)

 

Our Intensive Outpatient Program for Adolescents is an 8 week program, and includes an evidence based addiction curriculum to strengthen educational, emotional and spiritual development.
The group meets for 3 hours / three times per week, for 8 weeks.

 

The Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) includes:

• Education and group process
• Psychological testing
• Coordination with school/activity/family needs
• Twelve- step program support
• State of the art media materials

Clients participate in:

• Early Recovery Skills Group
•  Relapse Prevention Group
• Multi Family Group
• Weekly random drug testing
• Aftercare- facilitated weekly support group for 1 year

Our experienced and qualified staff  will provide your adolescent and your family with the most current information about substance use disorders, dual diagnosis issues such as ADHD, depression, bi-polar disorder, anxiety, and learning problems.  You and your teen will:

• Form healthier communication within the family
• Improve boundaries/self care
• Learn to improve relationships and personal motivation

• Uncover uniqueness and individual abilities       
• Provide frequent expression of support
• Communicate consistent, clear and appropriate messages about goals and expectations
